Jamie i did some checking and some power calculations and this is what i found.. the panasonic has 100W into 6 ohms. which is equivilent to 75W into 8 ohms..(ohms law) these are the specs for the denon 1403 70 watts per channel into 8 ohms,

Another option would be to use a direct link to the set and by pass the reciver altogeaher(that is if you have an optical connection for the sound) I have found that direct connections always work the best. Shorter cable + fewer connections = less interference. Hope it all works out. BEN
