His old e-mail info will be in the C:Documents and Settings%USERNAME%Local SettingsApplication DataIdentities{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}MicrosoftOutlook Express folder on the old drive, just copy all of the .DBX files from there to the same location on the new drive.
Sounds like you need to do a fine convergence adjustment in the service menu. It's definately not for the faint of heart, so I highly suggest against it if you're unsure... but you can go to www.panny.tv for details on what to do.
I think what he's trying to say is that the image is getting stretched to fill the entire screen no matter what mode he sets his TV to, which would seem to tell me that his set top box is auto stretching the 4x3 content...not the TV. Check all the settings on the set top box...
There is a 3.0 out there, I believe it only came with the broadband adapter as it has broadband support. I have 2.6 so I know it exists, but I'm not exactly sure the difference between it and 2.0 besides mouse support.
First get the Winamp (2.x) Real Audio plug-in here and install it (assuming you have Winamp already of course, if not download and install that too (2.x version, NOT 3)
Next start up Winamp and go to "Options->Preferences->Plug-ins->Output" highlight Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in then click...
Have you tried disabling hardware accelleration in the options menu in PowerDVD? I had the same problem (not with a Dell though) and found out that screen capture only works in software mode...
Hello Michael, I can't help you out, but if you include what brand/type/size those TV's above are and for what application this TV will be used for (like 60% movies and 20% games and 20% cable for example) then I'm sure the other members that are more knowledgeable than I would be able to help...
First you switch to the thermal visor and you'll then see a piece of him glowing red, just lock on and blast away. After it takes a bit of damage your visor will be overloaded so switch back to the normal visor and you should be able to lock on to the part you were shooting before, shoot it till...
I'm not saying that it isn't caused by vibrations but just because the set isn't being affected constantly doesn't mean it's not magnetic interference. The voice coil in the speaker is essentially a magnet that varies in polarity/intensity depending on the signal sent to it...
Sound like magnetic interference to me, SVS subs are not magnetically shielded and have some pretty hefty magnets on them... Move the sub further away from the TV and I'm sure that will cure your problem.
I think as long as the equipment isn't actually on an running while you're away you should be fine... while it's operating I'm sure the temps get well over 90 degrees but if while you're home you turn the air on and have proper ventilation on all sides of your amp(s) especially I wouldn't worry.
The crossover on the sub filters out any frequencies above the point you set it to and alows any frequency below to pass on to the sub. The LFE ATT on the receiver attentuates the LFE channel, in other words it makes it quieter by 10dB in your case. The crossover on your receiver filters...
Well, if they weren't in the ceiling it be a whole lot easier. Basically you'd just run the speaker wire that are going to your rears into your sub, then from the sub to your rears (assuming your sub has speaker-level inputs). After you do that set your rears to LARGE on your receiver so...
I'm not sure of your definition of "cheap" but I have a Pioneer VSX-D606S (DD 100x5 wpc) that I'd be willing to part with for $100 + S/H. If you're interested I can post any specs that you care to know about...
I don't think I follow, isn't the AM 15 a 6 speaker package(5 sat's and a bass module)? And your HK 520 has a built in 5 channel amp so you wouldn't need to buy any extra amp for the rears...
Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate your comments.
David,
In my setup the only place I can put a sub is in front of the entertainment center (which takes up the entire wall) The SVS is too tall and would be partially blocking the first couple shelves. I've tried every argument I can to...
