Is your HT system in the bathroom? Is the floor around your HT system wet? Are you plugging in a hand drill? a hairdryer? an iron? Are you going to put it in your mouth? If no, then use the cheater plug and forget it. Otherwise we'd all be dead.

Is there any way to set up the SPL for the Sub-Woofer. Where is the test tone? Manual said to use Avia, and Avia doesn't have a Sub tone to set by. Do I have to buy another test disk?

If turning on your stove or dishwasher makes your amp shut down then you need to fix this electrical problem before you burn the house down. All three should(?) be on different circuits so you must have a main panel problem.

I have heard the HK and it does sound better than almost any other popular brands. I would have most likely bought an HK to begin with except I heard they had quality problems. Turns out Denon wasn't that great either. I just don't want any problems, I don't want to listen to the wife.
