Any info on contacting high level Sears execs?
I have been have an ongoing problem with customer service/repair/ home delivery through Sears and am now searching for addresses so that I can send a detailed account of the problem to some Sears bigwigs. Anyone have a link to the presidents address...the CFO, Vice prz,etc. Thanks in...- BenGR

My ongoing Toshiba 50H81 / Sears tragedy play....help!
The basics- I bought a 50h81 back in Sept. '01. I love it. Great pic, very adaptable.Was using a Panny rp56 and loved it too. In Dec I purchased a Zenith 1080 HD STB and again, both my wife and I love it. Okay here's the problem...in January the DVD picture went almost completely white...- BenGR
