I don't think anything in these two movies would be censored. In China, the bureau of censorship usually cut nudity scenes. As for translation, it's hard to tell. But there will be a few theaters showing them in original English dialogue.

If you want massive carnage, try Serious Sam and its sequel. Doom3 is not going for hordes of monsters, instead it will go for fewer but scarier monsters and horror atmosphere.
