    Doctor Who producer dies

Sad news, although personally I think JNT should have left the series with Peter Davison, perhaps then the series wouldn't have degenerated into a camp pantomime farce 7 would still be on air today.

    Dragon(Bruce Lee) Query

Thanks Tino, You've set my mind to rest, I did know about the transfer issues, but the English R2 version is the same (although more expensive than the $15 I paid), and to add insult to injury is cut by 28 seconds!!

    Dragon(Bruce Lee) Query

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help, I've purchased the Canadian version of Dragon - the Bruce Lee Story. However, on the jacket there is no mention of any special features and the english soundtrack is listed as dolby surround. Do I have any earlier bare bones version, or is this an oversight...

    The Adventures of Sherlock Homes

This is one of my all time favourite series, primarily due to the close adherence to the Conan Doyle stories and the performances from Brett, Burke & Hardwicke (2 Dr. Watson's remember ?). I had the joy to see the London stage production starring Messers Brett & Hardwicke which was fantastic...

    Doctor Who ?

I hold this series in great regard, and considering it's longevity (38 years!), the BBC are putting out R2 UK DVD releases approx. every 8 weeks. I know that R1 has followed the same line of titles so far (Spearhead from Space, Robots of Death, Five Doctors), but wondered if the earlier Doctors...

Evil Dead... funny, scary or both ?

Have only seen part 2 of this series and was quite entertained. However, do the other films in the series have the same comedic element running thru them ? I find that mixing comedy with horror rarely works (Amercian Werewolf being one of the few that does IMO). Can anybody recommend some good...
