I just went to BB at lunch time....wanted to get Willy Wonka along with Harry Potter....however they only had Full Screen version of WW. So went across the street to CC...they had HP2 on sale for $14.99! Plus matched BB's ad to get Goonies, WW, or WofOz for $7.99! actuall they charged me...

I picked up my copy of SWII - AOTC at CC...they price matched, plus took and additional 5% off the difference. There was a TRU right next door...but I diddn't want to take a chance at them not having any WIDESCREEN copies left...plus I saved about 50 cents! Steve

I went to the two K-Marts near my work at Lunch Time...both only had full frame versions of ET and Mr. Deeds :frowning: ...Then went to CC with the K-Mart flyer...CC not only price matched, but also took an additional 10% off the difference :D So, got both Mr. Deeds and ET for under $14.50 each...

FYI, I got my DVDs on Monday, 30th...Got the shipped confirmation on Wednesday the 25th...not bad for free shipping! Got all three ordered, Air Force One, Hallow Man, and Panic Room...great deal. Steve

I got a TEMPLE OF DOOM movie poster signed by Harrison Ford. I made the frame for it using Acrylic sheet from Home Depot (about $15). The frame is 2" wide 'chair rail' molding. There is a slot at the top that allows me to change posters easily. I painted the frame to go with poster and decor...

I have the JVC 721BK DVD player with DVD-A and progressive scan. I have had it about 6 months...I am very pleased, no problems what-so-ever and a great picture using component cables to Sony 10HT. Steve

I have the JVC 723 and have been very happy with it. Paid $330 for it about 6 months ago. I use the component out to a Sony 10HT projector. With progressive scan the image is very nice. I don't have any DVD-A yet, except the sampler that came with the unit, which by the way sounds fantastic...
