Hello, I was looking at a new Sherwood receiver, the Sherwood RX-4103. Its specs are very tempting, compared to the fact that Onkyo's 8511, which offers nearly the same features, costs close to 4x(!) as much. The Sherwood only costs $79.99 @ Circuitcity.com and i would appreciate if any owners...

IMHO, i think there is no reason to justify the extra $100 dollars on a 510 over the 509. They are the EXACT same receiver, except for a few watts that wont make a difference (105 vs. 110 if i remember correctly...correct me if i am wrong) and what else? Oh yeah that fancy THX certified sticker...

How about some JBL ND310's for $440 shipped from JandR.com. Great bass-pushin' spealers. Or i think for just over $500 the PSB Image 4T's are VERY good for the money.

I'm looking for Paradigm monitors, 1,3,5, or 7, depending on the asking price of the seller. Must be v.2, and in good SONIC condition (no damage to woofer, tweeter, etc.). I don't mind small blemishes on the cabinet, as long as they aren't major. Email me if you have some, and maybe we'll work...
