    Project P/S SHIVA - Need all DIY'ers

Kyle, If you use 3" schedule 40 pvc pipe for the port you can get an expandable rubber plug for it at Home depot. I'm not sure if it would seal completely using a flared port. I would highly recommend internal bracing. Lee

Jack, If your building a sonosub enclosure you can easily wrap it with Link Removed for nice black finish that should match. Lee

Hank, Have you built or heard the monitors? The price is right I'm curios how they sound. The problem I see with speaker building is it's so much fun and addicting, that I want to build more than I can use:) (guess I'll have to start giving them away). If I make the trip to the Texas DIY...

    Shiva Sub: Sealed or Vented?

Dustin, I have stands for theLink Removed and a shiva sonosub and they sound pretty good together. Since I am adding the ICBM into my system and have a couple of unused channels on my Acurus, amp I thought for the cost of two shiva's and some MDF I would have a fun project to do. Do you...

    Shiva Sub: Sealed or Vented?

Kyle, I'm still designing the sub-stands. I'm going with the sealed between the 54L and 88.5L. One thing I'm not decided on is front firing or downfiring. The downfiring could be built to look like an endtable but I don't want to do that if the front firing would sound better for music...
