Ryan,
if you have a chance to listen to the Reynaud Twin MKII, i would definatly recommend it. i don't think they are popular on this forum, but a search on Audioasylum.com should provide plenty of useful information.

Ryan,
i have an integra 5.2 and the direct mode bypasses the recievers DSPs which is were the crossovers for the sub out would be located. to listen to music with the subwoofer i have to use the "stereo" setting. that said i just got a rava last week and i'm very impressed, i listened...
i just picked up the criterion collection of chasing amy for $12.99 and the clerkS special edition for the same price. i guess i posted it in the wrong area, sorry, didn't even know about this section, anyway i was very suprised to see the normally $34.99 clerks for 12.99, and the chasing amy...

i think that simply stereo carries Onkyo but they don't have
too many on the floor. atleast they did when i bought my integra 5.2 last april, so things might have changed. i know that the 5.2 and the 595 have different capacitors that looked larger when we (me and a salesman)...
thanks Jack, i had been debating this purchase for some time now and this sealed the deal, should get a rava with a couple scratches in a few days.

todd,
i have an integra 5.2 and a pair of reynaud twins that vary from 3.4 to 12 (i think thats the high end) and i have listened for hours on end at what i think are loud volumes and the receiver has never gotten hot or shown signs of strain. it think with the bigger 777 you shouldn't have...
i posted this in the wrong thread i ment for it to be in this one. i would also like to add that neither integra states the power into 5 channels anywhere in the specification sheet, and in the 5.2 it is states
Dynamic Power (stereo) 2 x 210W at 3 ohms / 2 x 155W at 4 ohms / 2 x 90W at 8 ohms...
A couple months ago i was given the option to upgrade my integra 5.1 to an integra 5.2 for free, i didn't want to for the reasons discussed in this thread. i was skeptical that for them to offer ProLogic II and keep the same price they would have to skip on something else. I've become fairly...
first i just want to state that i haven't read any of this thread so far and i just wanted to get my impressions of the amazing movie down before i read any more on it.
i just watched this movie last night and i haven't been able to stop thinking about it, i tried to covince my girlfriend to...
