I think Paradigm's crowning achievement was their Active Series which sadly was discontinued. They really were(are) one the best values in audio. Period.

Scott H, I've been following this thread and I would have to agree with Chung. I don't understand your position also. Why bring up the fact that jitter exists if you don't mean that it negatively affects the sound? And if so, could you explain to what degree it affects the sound?

Jeff, I hear you. Speaker preferences are subjective and I can't tell you you're wrong but you don't sound very sensible with statements like "perfect loudspeaker" and "different league" or "just blows away". The term "prefect loudspeaker" is an oxymoron: it doesn't exist at any price point...

I never said you should only use identical speakers but I think the best advice is to chose the best center available and match the mains accordingly. But I understand you a bit better.

Yeah, there's not alot of info there. Logic 7 has been around since the late 80's and people are still doing 7 channel surround wrong. That's why I called it a cheap knock-off.
