Shopping for portable DVD player for car. Any suggestions ?

Gave"old" 32xbr15 to F-in-Law. Without warning turns off with "sleep" indicator light showing up on tv. Power button turns off light but light goes back on when button pressed again. But no picture. Now remote nor direct on set power button does nothing, not even a red light.No luck with...

Not kept up with "smaller", non HDTV sets. Now looking for 32"or 36" tv for another room. Any suggestions re best value in this size tv for about $1000? Thanks, Patrick

Anyone know of black out shades that can be rolled up or down and installed inside venetian blinds? Wife likes blinds already in place which she can open or close to let in light when not watching TV (but let in light anyway even when closed )...

It seems foolish to keep cable just to receive local channels . Does anyone know any alternatives other than an attic antennae. If not, got any recs for specific brand, type etc.? Thanks Patrick
