At least that's how I would describe what my Klipsch SW-12 does on a regular basis. When this annoying hum starts all I need to do is jar the floor with my foot or end table with my hand and it quits for awhile.It doesn't take much. Any ideas as to what's going on?

When I called Marantz they indicated the 4300 is a completely re-designed unit. It is a slim-line version and as you indicated has progressive scan. Right now I do not use the progressive scan electing instead to use Cinemotion on the40XBR800. Great picture! :)
