I'd suggest getting in contact with SONY in the country where your set is sold as a normal TV. I don't think it should be a problem. I had a similar problem, but involving a car. HONDA USA had no problem sending to Europe some documents regaring my car, where as HONDA France hadn't a clue.

Hello, If you intend to compile a database of DVDs there are already sites that do that. The one that I use is Link Removed . They have around 4000 DVDs in their database. Good luck!

For DVDs from Finland you can add Leffat.com I've used them several times with no problems. The site is on Finnish and Swedish only.

The only multisystem HDTV that I know of is the 34" direct view Sampo. This is a wild guess, but perhaps down under they have a multisytem HDTV? In OZ they do have HDTV and multisystem TV are not rare so... Petteri Leone
