    I use 4 monopoles...2 on the sides, 2 in the rear. I don't like way dipoles sound in my room. I needed the direct radiators. If you have the right acoustics though...I would definitly go with dipoles for more diffuse imaging. ------------------ MY HOME THEATER

    I left the spikes on my towers because they shook all over the place! (and the towers weigh over 70 lbs. each!) The manufacturer (Phase Technology) highly recommended using the spikes ...they said "they (the spikes)also contribute to deeper, tighter bass." So I left them on...the damage is...

    Protective plexiglass on RPTV's

    I read some where that removing the protective plexiglass shield from RPTV's enhances picture quality. I bought mine aftermarket for around $200. Should I ditch it? Anybody else have any thoughts on this? I have a 61" proscan rptv. Thanks for the help. ------------------ MY HOME THEATER
