I think if we go with Toshiba technology then i hope they produce players without the Chroma bug if the new technology requires so. Heck they still don't produce chroma bug free players now!! :angry: I think the infatuation with the silver disc regarding HD-DVD will win over DTheater Tape...

Dan, I would wait for the US release OR then again I would buy the PAL release as the NTSC slow down in speed would annoy me if i was used to watching the show on PAL television, that's if you've got sensitive ears! ;)

Fantastic news Roland, I've been waiting for this release for ages, the cinematography together with the Vangelis soundtrack is incredible, one of my favourites.

Quint, I noticed that on Amazon.de they have Hannibal listed as a shortened version, Do you know if this is going to be the same cut as the region 1 edition?
