superdinoyoshi, if you are trying to take a screen shot off a computer display, there is freeware available called "Snagit" which is a very useful tool when wanting to capture what is being displayed on the computer monitor. You can Google it and download it for free.

Hi Don! I think if I forgot I had a $400 GC the first thing I would buy is a white board and some markers so I could make a note of it and hang the white board in a prominent place like on the inside of the front door. Just kidding! DO you need another subwoofer? how about Cambridge SoundWorks...

Thanks Robert_J for the response. I needed the input from someone using Directv. Sorry to hear about your trouble with Dish. The only problem I had was a bad software drop which caused the DVR-625 to freeze up requireing a re-boot of the system. Again, thanks for the response!
