I think it's internet only. There's an insert that says to go to lotrdvdbox.com to pay the $3. Then it says to allow 8-10 weeks for delivery! :) Limit one per household also. The site is currently "up" but isn't going live till street date.

On the bright side, offering the box to hold the entire EE set for just $3 is quite awesome. Finally those that have been buying the releases all along don't get hosed. Looks like the site they have dedicated to making the purchase isn't up yet however. Haven't seen this mentioned. Just...
