Try disabling the scan velocity modulation by setting the parameter vsm-ga equal to 3 in the service menu. I noticed that satelite showed a lot of compression artifacts on this set before I disabled the vsm.

I too bought a 36udx10sa from them (what a steal). The television appears to be brand new except the cabinet was smudged. I cleaned it and now it's perfect. I would definately recommend them.
