Put Pan and Scan on one side and OAR on the other. What the hell is so difficult about that? The day that only P&S releases are available is the day my DVD collection stops. It is the day that I loose my enthusiasm for speaker upgrades or a new DD or DTS receiver for that matter. It is the day...
Well....I tried to rent A.I. at my local West Coast Video this weekend and to my horror realized that they are only stocking 4:3 pan and scan for new releases. If Block Buster follows then my only option will be to purchase the titles that I would rather just rent. Angry.....sooooo angry.

Thanks Johan,
I am new at this so....how? I was reading some posts on ATI's site and they were talking of "flashing the bios" for the 8500 to get the clock speed up. I was under the impression that power strip was for forcing custom resolutions.
Thanks

I have just purchased from Newegg.com ( OEM )the Radeon 8500. The 8500 from Newegg ships with a core speed of 230MHz. The ATI site says the 8500 ships to retailers at 275MHz. Is this something I can change? Also, what is the best dvd player to use with the 8500?
Thanks
Greg

almost to good to be true level). These speakers are rated at 100 watts.
Would 100 watts suffice for a room with the dimensions of 19...
Ron,
You will not be dissapointed. I am 100% sure you will love as well as get the hang of this thing with in a week. Makes a superb flashlight as well when you need to find anything in your HT during show time. Enjoy...
