Has anyone used the new Dri-core subfloor type product?

I am looking to rewire the house in addition to when I construct my home theatre in the basement. I need to buy about 1000 feet of RG6 Quad shield for the whiole project. Is Monster Cable RG6 CL3 from Amazon any better than the Partsexpress CL2?..or Home Depot? Will the partsexpress compression...

I just bought a new place and it is wired up for sattelite, Dish Network. I want to use a DirecTV setup, I know I need to point it at 111 deg or so but do I need to change the dish (18') and more importantly the LNB's?
