My favorite cut is "pork steaks". Odd cut from the shoulder, a blend of many muscles, but really good. Especially with a sweet glaze like apricot jam, pineapple and tomato thickened into a sauce with corn starch, even old standards like mint jelly, many others, very flexible cut.
Lived in a cheap apartment in Oklahoma for a while, 1/4" gap at the top of the door. Don't know if they were winged ants, but certainly could have passed. Loads of them suddenly appeared and crawled in. Vacuum worked very well, plugged the gap, they were gone the next day.
My house is fully...
Liked both when I was a kid, but as I've gotten older, definitely "The Addams Family".
That "Munsters" remake in 2012 didn't help. So much promise, so little delivery.
My cat dragged kitty litter throughout the house, luckily not a "counter" cat.
Her litter box was in the basement. Counting the stairs and where I placed the box, easily 40 feet from the main floor. Yet the floor and stairway were covered with litter, must have had very clingy paws.

Completely childish, I know, but I no longer watch Gibson's movies. Certain things a celebrity does completely destroy their past work.
There are others I don't watch simply because because I don't like them, they're still good, talented people.
An actor being a dork on a talk show is...
I think we all went through a little ocd, especially as an early adopter, I bought so much crap. Probably close to 2,000 discs, now thinned down to about 150 favorites. Last disc I bought was "Gravity", still in its shrinkwrap ;)
I think some of the burnout and apathy comes as we get older...
Liked dark meat since I was a kid, never knew why until my late teens. To make it even worse, love it with a nice cream gravy on top. :D
One of my favorite recipes is a chicken fried chicken thigh, just wonderful and incredibly easy.
After who knows how many millions of years, you should be thankful for palm trees. As they live and die, composting themselves into the soil your yard grows on. Without them, life would be a barren, dead rock.
Aren't government clerical employees wonderful? No matter where you go, monster is the most polite term that applies. They do just the bare minimum to collect their paycheck. Plus, once they get a permanent position, very rarely disciplined or fired.
One more. Scrolling through the MSN page, up comes the headline "See Oprah's new, stunning $8M island estate". To be polite, just a simple "who cares" will do.
Don't know who writes this stuff, but Oprah is worse than a Kardashian, just cluttering up the internet with crap.
Makes it easy to...
Web version of our local paper.
They're still running a story dated May 24 about Memorial Day traffic and gas prices. It's 13 days old.
They also list headlines for the same story 4-5 times. They often show a headline, another one, then the original less than an inch down the page.
Spellcheck...
How about the big "R" stories. I'm so sick and tired hearing about her. She has massively screwed up her life and many others. I see her name in a headline, I just pass right by, I refuse to read anymore on the subject.
