It woul dbe really weird if there were only domestic BluRay sets. In most countries the DVD market is as big, if not bigger, than the BD one. I strongly suspect this is just Amazon reselling the US version - they're Amazon exclusive, at least they are here in the UK.

The Prisoner is a brilliant and dare I say quintessentially British show (much as is the Avengers). It does grown increasingly strange as it goes on and there was a vast complaint about the final episode. I shall say no more. :)
