wow! great movie but that artwork is horrendous. It's been so long since I've seen this that I forgot Dinklage was in it and now he's the selling point!
A small haul this year compared to others but I'm thinking quality over quantity. Mary Poppins, Pacific Rim and The World's End for me. Happy New Year everyone!
This was brought up recently I think and I'll say what I said then. PLEASE!!!!!!!! My favourite movie of all-time. While they're at it give us Gregory's Girl and Comfort & Joy.
That's terrible. I guess $$$$ talk more than the experience (used $ because I'm on a US keyboard and can't find the pound sign!!). Fondest memory of that place is watching the audience reaction to the bed cover scene from Trainspotting back in the day :)
The original US DVD had the original soundtrack as a "special feature" if I'm remembering rightly. This gives me hope for Local Hero which is the BEST.MOVIE.EVER
imho of course
It IS the remastered version. I picked up the same set from Walmart and didn't realize until after the fact the issue with Gladiator AND the audio in Saving Private Ryan. Both are the fixed releases. If you just want the movies then this is the way to go!
I'd be all over that. In terms of length I always thought of The Hobbit as LOTR "Lite" and I would have loved to have seen the movie go that way. I understand it's about creating a cash cow and getting the most revenue out of something but I would have loved to have seen it as one single movie...
My favourite movie ever. I'd be there day one for a blu-ray release. Alongside Monsters Inc. it has the most perfect ending to a movie ever.
and while we're at it I'll take Gregory's Girl and Comfort & Joy. Both fantastic.
