Took about 6 weeks but got my replacement discs today. Feels great to have a complete set now.

Just ordered replacement discs by phone and they only asked for barcode number on back of box instead of numbers on each dvd.

Of course I didn't mean to record again on VHS. You could record to DVD or higher quality format and be assured of getting complete and unedited shows, something we're not entirely sure of yet with this new set. Regarding editing : the series Profiler had one episode left off season sets...

A friend of mine taped episodes on VHS when it ran on a NJ PBS station ages ago. No commercials and episodes uncut. Somehow he only taped half the run. If only a PBS station would show them again like this.

Are the MeTV episodes edited for more commercial time or time compressed?
